When Anna's boyfriend ends their relationship, she expects comfort from her mother, and maybe some cliche advice. Instead, her mother offers to tell her a bedtime story to take her mind off of the events that have transpired.
A battle is raging between good and evil for the power of love, and the wolf is evil's best weapon. The wolf begins to stalk Anna's mother as she tells the story, and it becomes evident that the fairy tale may not be such a fantasy after all. In the end, both mother and daughter will have to decide if knowing the truth is worth the price.
